Salad Kits
Healthy greens grown in a food "desert", by returning citizens, for food-insecure families.
We launched our Salad Kits in 2025 as nutritious ready-to-eat meals containing fresh greens from our Covenant House farm, healthy toppings, cheese, and a freshly-made dressing.
We distribute our fresh food products to local nonprofits that serve hundreds of food-insecure individuals each day at their no-cost fresh food markets.
