We engage students and staff volunteers in the harvesting process each month.
Food Production
All produce is weighed and packaged for use in culinary classrooms. What's leftover is distributed to staff and students. We focus on growing culinary herbs, unique leafy greens, edible flowers and lettuces, giving students exposure to non-traditional ingredients.
